College Examination
                           
  • Normally two examinations are  conducted by the college in one academic session besides, the CHSE/University  examinations and number of exams may change with class tests, pre-tests.
  • For +2 IInd year, +3 Ist year,  +3IInd year and +3 IIIrd year Pre-Test and Test-Examination will be conducted  in the months of September to October and December respectively. However  examination committee chaired by the Principal reserves the right to change.  The scheduled of the examination for the smooth conduct of the examination and need  of the CHSE/University.
    •                            
    • For the +2 Ist year students  Half-yearly and Promotion Test examination will be normally conducted during  the month of December and April or any other date as deemed suitable to the  college administration for timely disposal of academic curriculum.
    •                          
                                 
    • The exact date, programe,  duration, full marks and guidelines, if any of the examination will be notified  15 days before the commencement of each examination or within a week if need  be.
    •                          
                             
                                 
    • Willful absence from the  examination shall make a student liable for detention,fine or detention in that  class, However principal can grant exemption subject to the condition he/she  will appear the re-examination at a later date by depositing the requisite fee  for it as approved by the staff council.
    •                          
                                 
    • Malpractice and misconduct in the  examination hall will be subjected to expulsion/detection/fine, as deemed fit.
                                 
    • In order to get promotion to the  next higher class or to be declared sent up in the Test Examination, a student  should have 75% of class attendance and should clear all dues payable to the  college in addition to satisfactory performance in the examination.                         
                                 
    • The CHSE, Orissa conducts two  examination every year for +2 students; such as, a)Annual Examination from the  1st week of March or as notified by CHSE, Orissa and Instant Examination,  for the unsuccessful candidates after the publication of the result.  Unsuccessful candidates who have secured pass mark in aggregate and secure fail  marks in only one subject are eligible to appear the Instant Examination in the  failed subjects only, as per the programme notified by the CHSE, Orissa for the  purpose.

    • At +2 levels Environmental  Education will be assessed in the college level for 100 marks (Theory 70 marks  and Project 30 marks). The grades in the Environmental Education are to be  awarded by the college faculties. The grade is to be determined basing on the  marks secured by the students, as detailed below.

    • Each practical subject having 100 marks is divided into 70 marks for  Theory and 30 marks for Practical.

    • As per the examination pattern of the University, a student has to  appear and pass all three University Examination in order to get the Bachelor  Degree from the University.
    •                                                    
                                     
      • +3 Ist year University  Examination at the end of 1st year
      •                              
      • +3 IInd year University  Examination at the end of 2nd year
      •                              
      • +3 Final University Examination  at the end of 3rd year
